Color Block Salon

My FAV place to go for my hair. I have been here 3 times now and the owners, John & Linh, always do a fantastic job with my hair! Each time they were able to give me exactly what i wanted from the inspo pictures i shared and quality service. Finding a hair stylist who you can trust is hard, but they make it very easy!

I first decided to make an appointment to come here after seeing the reviews, which were all very good! Got a rose gold ombre (my first time getting any hair dye at all) and John and Linh were very meticulous and attentive. Overall it took a while (4-5hrs) bc I have thick black hair but it turned out really neat! They explained the process and the maintenance instructions and overall it was a very good experience. Glad I stopped by, will definitely recommend when I can.

I’ve had my hair done by several stylists over the years but no service compares to that of John and Linh at Color Block. I’ve gotten my hair done with them three times now and of all those times I’ve always walked out of the salon feeling amazing and pleased with the results. The first time I came around, I had gotten a hair cut and consultation for my hair color. For the second appointment John did a root touch up on an at home bleach job as well as freshen up the red burgundy color I had. He did great at blending my colors and toning the parts I had left uneven. For my third most recent appointment John and Linh were able to accommodate me at short notice so I was super grateful for that. I had asked John to take my red hair color back down to a natural chocolate cherry brown (I was going on vacation and didn’t want red hair dye to bleed into pools/the ocean 😭) and a do a trim.
